Raised in Waimea, she always wanted to be a marine scientist and ballerina. She studied dance at West Hawaii Dance Academy beginning at the age of 4 and continued into college at the University of Utah. She also attended intensive programs with The Jofferey Ballet, Ballet West, and American Ballet Theatre.
Upon moving back home, she received a conservation science degree and a minor in marine science. She now teaches middle school science and loves being a part of the dance community here in Waimea once again. She loves to share her passion for dance through teaching and dancing with Prince Dance.
